1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MySQL Mastery (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
MySQL Mastery provides an interactive educational platform for practicing SQL queries. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for educational purposes only. The database scenarios and data provided within the service are fictional and for training purposes. No actual sensitive user data is processed or stored within our sandbox environments.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The operators of MySQL Mastery expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
4. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that the operators of MySQL Mastery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
MySQL is a registered trademark of Oracle and/or its affiliates. MySQL Mastery is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Oracle Corporation.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the Content.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the State of Florida, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to conflict of law principles).
